Home Values on the Rise!

CNNMoney reported that for the first time in 5 years, home values are on the rise.  Values increased 2.1% from the first to the second quarter of 2012 and increased 0.2% from June 2011, marking the first annual increase in U.S. home values since 2007. Read full article here
